Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley & greek yoghurt, for garnish (optional)Roasted Cauliflower
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and trim into florets.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a paste.
- Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet or in the roasting pan. Mix the cauliflower with the spice paste, making sure to cover it evenly.
- Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown and tender. You can check for doneness by inserting a knife or skewer into the center of the cauliflower—it should go in easily.
