This is a classic summer dessert that can be whipped up easily for a sweet treat on a summer night but is equally at home at your next dinner party.
1 Packet Meringues
1 Large Punnett Strawberries, Raspberries etc
Caster Sugar
I Punnett double thick cream
2 Tablespoons Icing Sugar
6 Glasses or your choice
Quarter Strawberries, but leave Raspberries whole and sprinkle with caster sugar, leave to macerate in a bowl for as long as possible.
Whip cream with icing sugar until soft peaks form.
Crumble Meringues at the bottom of each glass.
Add the cream.
Lastly top with the strawberries.
Enjoy!
