For this you will need a styrofoam cone from a craft shop like Spotlight, choose one the size of the tree you want to create.

Fruit: Watermelon, Kiwi Fruit, Strawberries, red & Green grapes, cherries and any other red or green fruit

Stand the cone on the plate you will be serving the fruit on

Cut Watermelon into stars using a cookie cutter.

Peel & cut Kiwi fruit into cubes

Cut of the leaves of the strawberries

Arrange watermelon star o at the base of the cone and arrange a few cherries into the gaps. Using toothpicks and starting from the bottom of the cone, attach each piece of fruit to a toothpick and then insert into the styrofoam cone. Alternate with different fruit and colours, making sure you place the fruit very close together so no white is showing between the fruit. Finish with a watermelon star at the top of the tree.

Enjoy as a healthy dessert for the kids or with a chocolate dipping sauce.
