INGREDIENTS
- ¼ Daikon, 220g
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic, Grate
- 5 tablespoon Corn flour or rice flour
- Oil, for pan frying
- Ketchup (or any favorite dipping sauce), Optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut daikon: Slice thin rounds, then cut them into thin batons (leave the skin on).
- Marinate: Put daikon batons, grated garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl, combine to distribute the sauce and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Coat with potato starch: Put Cornflour into a plastic bag, add the drained daikon, and coat them with Cornflour.
- Pan fry: Add oil to a frying pan (enough to cover the surface), and pan fry daikon at medium heat until brown on both sides (3 to 5 minutes). You can also use a deep dryer to fry these
- Serve: Leave them on a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
