Panettone

Panettone is a traditional Italian sweet bread originating from Milan. It is typically enjoyed during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Panettone is light and fluffy in texture, similar to a brioche or sponge cake, and has a distinctive dome shape. The bread is usually studded with candied fruits, such as orange and lemon peel, and raisins. Some variations may also include chocolate chips or nuts.
