Try this for an easy work day lunch.
1 Ripe Avocado
1 small can of tuna
1 tblsp good quality mayonaise
fresh herbs like parsley, dill
Salt & Pepper
Cut Avocado in half and scoop out the seed and a small amount of avocado to make the hole a little bigger. Save the extra avocado
Mix all other ingredients and extra avocado altering amounts according to your taste.
Fill the cavity of the avocado with the mixture and enjoy your healthy lunch.
